Before you come in

Note when your concern started, what you have already tried, and bring the products or medicines you are using. Photographs of flare-ups help if your skin changes day to day.

During the visit

• A detailed history and examination of the affected skin or scalp
• A discussion of realistic options, timelines and aftercare
• A written plan, with costs explained before anything begins

Afterwards

You are never asked to decide on the spot. Take the plan home, ask questions, and start when you are comfortable. Follow-up visits let us adjust the plan as your skin responds.
